Force Fitness and Performance Internship

As a Force Fitness intern, you will:


  • Develop a proven framework for assessing, programming for, and coaching clients with a wide variety goals.

  • Develop a keen eye for critiquing and correcting functional movement patterns.

  • Build professional relationships and collaborate with coaches to empower clients.

  • Work in semi-private personal training and sport performance settings.

For questions or to apply:

  • Learn and integrate scientifically-founded strength and conditioning principles in a 12-16-week curriculum.

  • Compliment school curriculum in Exercise Science or related field.

  • Help maintain functionality and professional appearance of the facility.
